We maintain strong relationships with talent agents and artist managers. Those relationships allow us to know immediately what artists are going out on tour and negotiate the best talent fees for each school. In some cases, talent agents call us directly to see what colleges are interested in which artists or will supply RSE a list of acts that want to play a particular area of the country and only concentrate on school bookings for that period. Rock Solid receives daily updates from various agencies always staying up-to-date with current touring artists.


When looking at certain artists to play your college or university, many factors need to be addressed. In most cases, college event decision makers assume any artists can be available; which is not always the case. Limitations such as artist availability and scheduling conflicts, and budget requests can sometimes dictate when an artist will be able to perform for your school. We will be able to tell you who’s available and who’s not.

Here at Rock Solid we work with school representatives to secure local, regional and nationally known bands, and can provide assistance with the overall production and promotion of the event. We will take care of everything from the talent booking to the contract negotiations. In addition, we will act as the liaison between artist and client handling the management of the artist’s contracts, riders and payment. We will have someone on site to help facilitate and coordinate the event, so you don’t have to.
