BIOGRAPHY
Jason Michael Fulton comes from a family of musicians. Born in Rockledge
Florida Jason’s family moved throughout the state before settling
down in Tallahassee in 1985. Jason always had his roots in music performing
in school plays and choirs winning several state awards for his performances.
Jason made his acoustic solo debut at the tender age of 12.
Jason attended Florida State University’s School of Motion Picture and graduated with honors in 1995. More importantly though Jason began viewing music as more of a career than hobby. In late Oct. 1995 Jason moved to Atlanta, GA. Jason has since established himself as one of the premiere acoustic musicians in Atlanta.
Playing over 200 shows yearly Jason has shared the stage with local favorites Shawn Mullins, John Mayer, Edwin McCain, David Ryan Harris, Evan and Jaron and national acts Dave Matthews, Better Than Ezra, Creed, The Outfield just to name a few. Jason’s song writing skills have also been commissioned by Fox Sports and Turner Broadcasting for use in their original programming.
Jason has 2 CD’s to his credit and is currently in production on the third due out in the fall 2005. Dave Matthews says he has a “beautiful voice”, Evan and Jaron say his covers “sound better than the originals” and Steve Craig calls him “the other hardest working man in show business.”
Jason plays in solo, duo and full band formats with some of the best talent Atlanta has to offer.
