BIOGRAPHY
El Scorcho formed in the summer of 2004 with the goal of creating the highest quality Weezer experience next to actually seeing Weezer live. The four original members (Dan, Brad, Braxton, and Art) rehearsed for nearly five months before playing their first show, making sure they got all of the details right.

Since their formation, El Scorcho has become a sure-fire hit amongst it's crowds in Atlanta, Athens and other cities throughout the Southeast. They've performed at many private events as well as bars, clubs, and large festivals. In 2005 El Scorcho helped organize The Beer and Whiskey Fest which generated over $5,000 for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. The festival continues to be a huge Labor Day fund-raising event in Atlanta, GA.

Now in 2007, with our friends Art, Brad and Dan moving on, Jon, Cory, and John step in to continue the ultimate Weezer experience. El Scorcho's forte is performing the “Blue” album in order from start to finish, as close to the recording as possible, and it always draws a fanatical response from crowds.

From the “Blue” album to the latest release, “Make Believe,” El Scorcho performs such hits as Buddy Holly , Hash Pipe , Undone - The Sweater Song , and Beverly Hills , as well as deeper cuts and rarities.
